All rates are inclusive of 21% government tax and service charge.
Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in time is from 14:00 hours. Check-out time is 12:00 noon. Early check-in is subject to availability upon arrival.
Deposit & Payment
A deposit of 30% of the total reservation amount is required to confirm a booking. Please note that all deposit payments are non-refundable. Guarantee payments by traveller’s cheques or personal cheques are not accepted.
Cancellations & No Shows
“No Shows” will incur a 100% cancellation fee, equal to the total booking amount. “Early Departures” will be charged the full value of the original booking.
Extension of Stay / Late Check-Out Extensions of stay are subject to availability and will be charged as follows:
• Between 13:00 – 15:00 hrs: 30% of the published nightly rate
• Between 15:00 – 18:00 hrs: 50% of the published nightly rate
• After 18:00 hrs: Charged as one full night stay at the published rate.
